The municipal code states that: For every new development the “developer” must notify ‘neighborhood residents’ who live within 100, 250, and 400ft radius (depending on different municipalities) of the proposed development that the new project is subject to a land use review.

A web app that enables all residents to review the submitted drawings and documents of the neighborhood proposed developments online. It allows real-time collaboration and feedback between residents, developers, municipal agencies, and architectural/engineering companies. Fast-tracking construction by increasing turn-out and delivering project before estimated deadline.

A comprehensive online platform for public engagement and review, aimed at reducing legislative time by 6 months. This platform allows neighbors to vote, comment, and ask questions for involved entities like the Owner, Architect, Developer, etc. 24x7 in the open window.

Residents affected would be able to identify the "effects" of new development in their neighborhood and therefore can vote "yes" or "no" on the basis of the impact, good or bad the new development is about to bring.

Additionally, it hosts project proposals and relevant materials for public review, making it a simple and accessible public-serving/facing platform that streamlines the project development process.
